We spent all day on Sunday in Oliver, BC, officiating at the Desert Half Ironman. The conditions were perfect for racing, not too hot, almost no wind and dry roads. However, spending a full day from 6am (leaving Kelowna at 5am) until 3pm standing and walking seems to be more exhausting than racing 🙂 I
