This morning I took the dog out for another great trail run. I went into Myra Bellevue Provincial Park and ran my usual loop to Flamingo Flats, then down via Race Classic (for those of you who know the area). It totals about 11.5km. Everything looks fresh and clean, and the recent rain really settled the dust. For the first time, I ran the whole loop in my FiveFingers barefoot shoes. If you like to run and have never tried them, please do! (no, I don’t get commission from them). They are a great way to run with a more natural running style. Back on the computer, catching up on some work now. Enjoy the spring!
