Summer has arrived in Kelowna! Today we hit 28 degrees … nice temperature for a morning bike ride and a relaxing break on the patio. The dog also enjoyed being outside and stretching in the grass. Summer is coming and the training is picking up. So nice to be back out on the bike! Today we had a great Wednesday ride, about 40km, very windy but still warm.
