We have been clicking off the kilometres on the bike: First another Golden Triangle in the Rockies, cycling from Lake Louise to Radium to Golden and back to Lake Louise (320km). The weather cooperated, and the scenery just gets more spectacular every year. Then this past weekend we joined the annual Century Ride in Armstrong again, riding 100 km with our friends in, luckily, dry conditions in the Shuswap area.
